Meet Our Dedicated Team

Founder / CEO

LaTanya Clarke-Pryce, MBA, BSc

We believe that everyone should have access to quality health care and the ability to make informed health decisions. That is why we are committed to providing innovative solutions and exceptional services that empower individuals and organizations to overcome health disparities.

Promote health literacy in individual and group education. This includes assessing and addressing learning needs and preferences, creating evidence-based health content for audiences with low literacy, and developing community health literacy education programs and a health literacy training for healthcare providers.

Welcome to E2E Healthcare Solutions!

I am LaTanya Clarke-Pryce, a Detroit, MI native, passionate about changing how we approach health literacy and education. I have worked in the healthcare sector for over 10 years in diverse disciplines from mental health, nursing, clinic operations, population health, and beyond—and I have seen firsthand how crucial clear communication and education are for improving health outcomes. Moreover, patient-centered care and improving health among marginalized populations is a true passion of mine given my latest experience in providing preventive health education and supporting individuals’ SDoH needs.

With a background spanning mental health, skilled nursing, community clinics, clinic operations, population health, correctional facility health, intensive care, and health insurance, our team brings over 30 years of combined experience and is suited to deliver a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every client interaction. In addition to my work experience, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from Eastern Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration from Capella University; complemented by a Health Literacy Education Micro-Credential from the Institute of Healthcare Advancement.

Turning my pain into purpose: My commitment to health literacy stems from a deeply personal experience. In August 2023, I faced the premature loss of my mother to heart disease. Despite her hospitalization in April 2023, her condition was not effectively communicated, and her discharge was rushed and inadequate, which ultimately contributed to her passing later in the year. This painful experience highlighted the urgent need for clear, compassionate, and effective health education—a need we are dedicated to addressing.

As a Detroit native, my key focus is to be of service to marginalized communities and the underserved, recognizing the critical gaps in healthcare communication, health equity, and support in such populations. Our goal is to bridge these gaps, ensuring that all patients have the tools and knowledge to advocate for themselves and their families effectively.

At E2E Healthcare Solutions, we believe that every individual deserves access to high-quality health education and guidance. Our approach is designed to foster better health outcomes through personalized support and actionable insights.

Join us in our mission to make meaningful changes in healthcare and empower individuals to take control of their health journey.

Fun Fact: As a child, I wanted to be a race car driver and explorer.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading information on healthcare industry trends and spending time with family and friends.

Experienced nurse navigating healthcare challenges…

Dedicated to addressing health disparities…

My passion for nursing began through personal experiences, particularly while witnessing the compassionate care given to my grandfather during his health challenges. It was then that I knew nursing was my calling, as I wanted to make the same impact on others’ lives.

Driven by a deep belief that everyone deserves equitable access to quality healthcare, regardless of their background or location, I have committed myself to addressing health disparities. This conviction is rooted in a desire to contribute positively to the healthcare system and to make a meaningful difference in underserved communities. Throughout my career, I have volunteered in free clinics and seen firsthand the struggles faced by those with limited access to care. These experiences have deepened my empathy and strengthened my resolve to use my skills to serve the most vulnerable populations.

Looking ahead, my primary goal is to continue making a positive impact in the communities I serve. I am deeply committed to using my nursing expertise to help bridge gaps in healthcare access and support those who need it most. By working closely with underserved populations, I aim to provide compassionate care, advocate for health equity, and help individuals navigate the complexities of the healthcare system.
