1. Initial Free Consultation

We will explore your goals and fit.
If we are a fit, after your free consult, you will receive a secure Carepatron link for intake and coaching sessions (HIPAA-compliant).

2. Coaching Plan

A personalized roadmap based on your needs.

3. Bi-Weekly Sessions

We design goals to build new habits and track progress together.

4. Ongoing Support

You’ll have tools and check-ins in between, providing you with motivation and empowerment.

As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), I am trained to support sustainable behavior change using evidence-based coaching practices. This credential reflects advanced education, supervised training, and adherence to nationally recognized standards—ensuring coaching that is ethical, client-centered, and focused on meaningful, long-term outcomes.
